| Yes he is correct. we are very expecienced at helping people out within forums and get praise all the time. as you all know a problem shared is a problem halved. we also have an annonymous forum for people who would like to conceal their identitys. |

The interesting thing I've seen, in certain cases, it's the mental illness that comes first. I have a freind who every now and then flies off the railings and tries to take her own life. She is then prescirbed drugs to allow her to cope with her mental illness but ultimately she ends up getting worse.
It makes me think what may of started as a mental break down has now resulted in a dependancy for these drugs wich in a cycle returns back to self harm. |
